Our product is region sensitive. Different versions of software is provided to different regions, and for each different regions, some carline software are included or excluded,
hence supported software are different.

Also, if you try to update your software with different region's software, there will be negative consequence where the scan tool can be locked.
It is highly recommended for customers to purchase our product from authorized distributors listed in our dealer network.
